Message From President, Alue Co., Ltd.
Alue Co., Ltd. President Bunshiro Ochiai
This decade is an important period for Japan to determine if Japanese economy can continue its momentum of growth. The key driver of this turning point is “Human Resources” which has been the engine of the economical development in Japan.
Compared with Korean companies and Taiwanese Companies which successfully run businesses all over the world, Japanese companies are less competitive than these global companies in the market of emerging countries. Now is the time to engage in human resource development, and empower employees with global business skills.
Global HR development should be not only for Japanese employees but also for executives and staff in each region. Singapore is rapidly and increasingly becoming important as a hub function of global HR development.
Alue Co., Ltd. has the vision to become the No.1 HR development company in Asia by 2030. We are set on establishing subsidiaries and expanding our businesses in more countries in Asia. We are always taking challenges to become the best partner in HR development area for our customers.
We are very excited with the Singapore office taking an important role as the center of Global HR development in Asia.
